Bowie VFD participates in the City of Bowie's Memorial Day Parade

MDP09 - It seems like the new guys get younger every year

On Saturday, May 23, the Bowie VFD participated in the City of Bowie's Memorial Day Parade. It was a beautiful day for a parade, and units from all three stations were on hand, including Chief 19A's buggy, Canteen 19, Engines 191 and 192 (Huntington/Old Bowie); Brush 39, Canteen 39, Engine 392, Tanker 39, and the Special Events Ambulance (Belair); and Engine 432 and Tower 43 (Mitchellville). Also participating were the career crews staffing Ambulances 199 and 439. Everyone had a great time, and we look forward to next year's parade.
